Strengths for Couples | Live Webinar Feb 26 at 6:30pm

Why Strengths for Couples?

Because “Why Are You Like This?” Deserves a Better Answer.

If you’ve ever looked at your partner and thought, “I love you… but WHY do you do it that way?”

Congratulations. You’re exactly who this webinar is for.

On February 26 at 6:30pm, I’m hosting a 60-minute Strengths for Couples webinar with two of my favorite humans: Jennifer Soos, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and her husband Ron Soos, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Yes... a therapist and a strengths coach.

Yes... they’re married.

Yes... they’re brave enough to teach this together. 😄

A Little Backstory (aka: This Isn’t Our First Rodeo)

Years ago, when I worked at Rackspace, we offered an “after-hours” Strengths course that Rackers (aka employees) could bring their significant others to.

And let me tell you… It was wildly popular.

Rackers showed up with spouses, partners, fiancés, even a few “we’re still figuring it out” plus-ones, and something magical happened:

  • Arguments suddenly had language
  • Annoyances turned into understanding
  • Eye-rolling turned into “ohhhh… that’s your strength”

Instead of:

“You never think things through.”

It became:

“Ah. Strategic married an Activator.”

Instead of:

“Why do you need to talk this out AGAIN?”

It became:

“Relator married Learner. Got it.”

People left saying things like:

  • “I finally understand how their brain works.”
  • “This explains so much.”
  • “We should’ve learned this 10 years ago.”

So… we’re bringing it back. In a shorter form.

What We’ll Cover in 60 Minutes

This isn’t couples therapy. This is practical, insightful, and surprisingly fun.

You’ll learn:

  • How your CliftonStrengths show up at home (not just at work)
  • A relationship framework that is a perfect fit for using strengths
  • Why conflict often isn’t always what it seems and how to recognize talent collisions
  • Simple language to replace blame with curiosity
  • How to appreciate differences without trying to “fix” each other

Jennifer brings the therapist lens. Ron brings the strengths depth. I’ll be there connecting the dots, asking the questions you’re thinking, and keeping it real.

Who This Is For

  • Couples who already know their strengths
  • Couples who think they know their strengths
  • Couples who love each other but keep missing each other
  • Couples who want better conversations, not bigger blowups

You can attend alone... or together on one screen… or separately if that feels safer. 😏

JOIN US!

If you’ve ever said:
